Andraschko Coffee is one of Berlin's established specialty coffee roasters. Deeply rooted in Berlin's coffee culture and internationally oriented, the company combines traditional roasting craftsmanship with a modern understanding of quality, transparency, and enjoyment. Roasting takes place in Berlin, in their own roastery.
The roastery
In their own roastery, Andraschko processes select green coffees from renowned growing regions worldwide. They use classic drum roasters and roast exclusively in small batches to ensure maximum control and consistently high quality.
Roasting philosophy
Each bean is considered individually. The goal is to clearly highlight the natural aromas, origin, and character of the coffee. Instead of dark over-roasting, Andraschko relies on precise, gentle roasting profiles that emphasize sweetness, balance, and aromatic depth – suitable for both espresso and filter coffee. Andraschko Coffee's philosophy is based on respect for the product, meticulous craftsmanship, and sensory precision. Coffee is not industrialized, but consciously refined – with time, experience, and a clear commitment to quality. Good coffee needs no gimmicks, but rather honesty and clarity.
Origin & Trade
Andraschko Coffee places great emphasis on transparency and long-term partnerships throughout the supply chain. Where possible, direct trade relationships with producers are maintained, and prices above world market levels are paid. The product range also includes certified organic coffees.
