Green Cup Coffee is now one of Germany's most exciting specialty coffee roasters – born from the idea of making coffee more transparent, fairer, and more uniquely flavorful. Since its founding, the company has been based in Obersöchering, Upper Bavaria, where a small, dedicated team works daily to combine exceptional coffee with sustainable values.

Quality with origin – Single-Finca as a trademark

What truly sets Green Cup Coffee apart is its uncompromising commitment to quality. Every coffee variety comes from a clearly named farm or cooperative. This single-finca principle allows them to know the people behind the beans, trace the cultivation methods, and experience the authentic, natural flavor profiles of each region in the coffee. Direct trade instead of labels – genuine partnerships

Although Green Cup Coffee does not carry a Fairtrade label, the company consciously operates according to stricter standards: Farmers receive prices that are often significantly above the usual market value. Instead of standardized minimum requirements, Green Cup Coffee relies on personal relationships, regular communication, and transparent processes throughout the entire supply chain.
